Some are big some are small, some are wide some are tall. Everyone has their own opinion on dealers putting their name on their car. So what are the common mistakes dealers make when choosing a decal?

Size. Don’t make your customers car a billboard for your dealership. Keep it clean and simple. Your name and city or web site is all you need. No slogans, No Free Car Wash with Purchase. Simple speaks volumes
Color. Black and white is preferred as they are the most contrasting colors and have the widest use.
Placement. Keep it straight! Don’t just slap it on!
Visible. Just because it looks pretty in the catalog does not mean it will look good on the car. Like buying clothes in from a catalog. Not everything looks as good on you as it did on the model.
Look! Look at other dealers decals for ideas. See what looks good and what doesn’t before you buy.

Just remember your customer is proud of their new car. Keep your decals clean and professional and you stand a good chance of having your emblem stay on the car.
